| Philip Pryor, M.D. | |
| Dr. Pryor is a native Hoosier. He attended Purdue University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. He received his medical degree at the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at Indiana University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in spine surgery at State University of New York in Buffalo, New York.

| James Hardacker, M.D. | |
| Dr. Hardacker received his Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction from the University of Colorado with a major in Chemistry. He received his medical degree from State State University of New York at the Buffalo School of Medicine Consortium, followed by a fellowship in adult and pediatric spine at the University of Kansas.
